Returns & Refunds
Our returns policy for all Heriot-Watt University | Sports Union purchases is 30 days. This applies to purchases made online, in our showroom or via a telephone order.
Please contact us to advise that you intend to return your purchase. If you are contracting with us as a customer online or by phone, you have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you received the items you ordered e.g. if you receive your order on a Tuesday, you have 14 days from Wednesday to notify us of your cancellation.

Products which cannot be returned
Personalised items e.g. garments with a name/number applied cannot be returned.
Separate items bought in a package CANNOT be returned for a refund, instead we are happy to exchange sizes for you.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your returned item. Football Nation Ltd will not be held responsible for any returned items which do not reach us. It may be safer to return an item requesting a signature on receipt or you can of course return an item to us in person. Assuming the item is unused, in its original packaging and in re-saleable condition then we will offer an exchange or a full refund for you. Any refund will not include the outbound delivery charge. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you have an issue with the quality of an item purchased from us, please contact us to discuss what to do next.
Refunds
Refunds are normally processed on the day requested internally from our Online Team. Paypal refunds are instant, however card purchases may take slightly longer dependent on your banks policy.
