Delivery & Collection

When ordering online, you will initially receive an email advising that it is ‘Awaiting Fulfilment’. In simple terms, this means that we have received your order & are checking the detail in order to proceeds to Stage II which is ‘Order in progress’. Items held in stock & requiring no personalisation will be processed immediately. Items requiring embroidery &/or printing will take a little longer. We will of course keep you fully updated. You can also contact us with any query on your order.

Delivery Courier & Cost

Items ordered online are delivered by our courier Royal Mail, on a tracked 48hr service. Once we have passed the item to Royal Mail, you will receive an email or text message with a tracking number. The delivery charge for this is £4.95.


Hopefully your item will be a perfect fit.  However, if you feel it’s too big or possibly too small then you can of course exchange it.  Please read our Returns & Refunds policy.

Collect In-Store

If you wish to avoid delivery charges or you’re planning to be close by to our store at Peffermill, then you can of course collect it in person **. This is free, however please be aware that you may have to wait if we are busy with other customers. Just bring along a copy of your order (digital or print)

**Our opening hours are Monday to Thursay 9am to 5.00pm, Friday 8am to 4.30pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm. We are closed on a Sunday.
